Before School Club • £6

A calm and structured start to the day with breakfast options and quiet activities — ideal for working parents needing early drop-off in Bradford.

After School Club • £10.50

Creative play, group activities, a choice of hot or cold tea, and a healthy snack. Children can also receive support with homework or reading if needed.

Holiday Club in West Yorkshire

We offer our full day holiday club from 7.30-17.30 (£35) and our half day for any 5 hours in the day (£25).

General FAQS

What SHould I do if It’s a hot day?

For hot weather, please apply suncream before they arrive and additional suncream that can be applied if we play outside or go on a local walk. Please also pack a sunhat!

My child has a medical condition, what do I need to do?

Before a child starts, we complete a risk assessment and ask you to fill in a medical form with additional information ( a medical plan may also be required in case of emergency). You will receive a receipt when you sign in any medicine, and this is recorded as we sign it in and out of our locked cupboard.

If your child has asthma and has an inhaler at home or school, we must also have the inhaler with us when they are in our care.

What schools do you drop off and collect from?

We currently work with Idle C of E Primary School, Thorpe Primary School and Thackley Primary School

What time is the morning club?

You can drop your child off from 7.30 and we provide breakfast, a drink, time to play in a calm space and prepare for the school day. We walk your child to school and make sure they are there in line with your school start time.

What time is after school collection?

We collect your child at the end of their school day time. We ask you to provide a password to us on our portal even if the school doesn’t require one. You or the designated person collecting your child needs this each time you collect them from reception.

What does my child eat after school?

We have a choice of a hot or cold meal, drinks, and take dietary requirements seriously. Your child needs to wear a red wrist band or lanyard and has a place card so that members of staff can make sure they have the correct food. We also write a risk assessment for your child based on their dietary requirements, symptoms and how to respond in an emergency.

Holiday Club

What should my child bring?

Your child needs to bring a water bottle, although we also provide drinks throughout the day. Your child needs a snack for break time and a pack-up for a half day, and a full day. For a half day, they eat this at meal time, and for a full day, they eat this at tea time.
