At Sowing Seeds, we are committed to nurturing the wellbeing and mental health of every child and their family. We understand the vital importance of creating an environment where children can thrive emotionally, spiritually, socially, and academically.

Our mission is to cultivate a sense of warmth, understanding, and support that extends from our educational services to the heart of every home.

We believe in providing continuity and tailored support, recognising that each child and family is unique. Through collaborative efforts with parents, external services and schools, we aspire to create a nurturing ecosystem that promotes resilience, empathy, and holistic growth for children aged 5 to 18.

Our approach encompasses a deep understanding of the interconnectedness between a child’s mental health, their familial dynamics, and their educational journey. By fostering open communication, offering empathetic guidance, and providing resources to both parents and schools, we aim to create a community where every child feels heard, valued, and supported.

Sowing Seeds strives to be a beacon of understanding, empathy, and wellbeing, enriching the lives of children and families by sowing the seeds of resilience, mental wellness, and compassion today and for the future.

With our workshops combined with our tuition, it is a perfect blend so that children are supported with their mental health and education. These sessions are delivered by experienced wellbeing coaches and Youth Mental Health First Aiders.
